In 2005 Litchfield Roofing Australia Pty Ltd successfully completed the brand new massive Woolworths Wyong Regional Distribution Centre on the Central Coast.  The project involved some 65,000 square metres of Colorbond cladding.

In 2004 Litchfield Roofing (Aust.) Pty. Limited clad the Ceramic Tile Factory at Rutherford NSW.  The building is approximately half a kilometre long and up to 28m in height.  Litchfield Roofing (Aust.) Pty. Limited used their own 135 foot boom lift and a smaller 66 foot boom lift to safely install the wall cladding.

In 2003 Litchfield Roofing (Aust) Pty Ltd successfully completed cladding work at the Mount Arthur open cut coal mine project at Muswellbrook NSW.  The project presented challenges for finding safe work methods for working at heights with unusually shaped buildings with bullnosed eave details.

In 1999 Litchfield Roofing completed the Yates Garden Products Factory at Wyee for St Hilliers. Litchfield Roofing installed some 10,000 square metres of stainless steel roofing and a further 22,000 square metres of Colourbond cladding.

In 1997 Litchfield Roofing successfully completed over $2 Million in contracts for the New Sydney Showground including the Indoor Sports Centre. The project featured sprung curved roofing, horizontal cladding, Colourbond facade cladding, barrel vault glazing and stainless steel rainwater goods.

Charlestown Square Shopping Centre is another significant project. Litchfield Roofing successfully completed contracts for the original work in the late seventies, major expansion in 1987 and again in 1995. Work included roofing, stainless steel half round gutters, Luxalon cladding, waterproof membranes and safety line systems.

In 1992 Litchfield Roofing completed the Third Potline Expansion project for Tomago Aluminium Company in the Hunter Valley. The contract value was $6.5 million. The project incorporated more than 170,000m2 of aluminium cladding. At the peak of construction an onsite work team of 55 roof plumbers were employed. 

The Hunter Region Athletics & Gymnastics Centre is another accomplishment by Litchfield Roofing. The Gymnastics Hall and Administration Building feature 4000 square metres of Stramit Longspan and 300 square metres of Stramit Corrugated sheeting.
